House roast
Baker's chocolate, caramelized sugar and a full, round body. It's the cup we pour first: bold enough for a nor'easter, smooth enough to drink black.
Our story
Mornings on Boston Harbor start gray. Fog rolls off the water, the wharves wake up, and somewhere a kettle goes on. Harbor Ember is named for that moment: the first warm cup against a cold harbor sky.
We started with a simple idea. Great coffee shouldn't need a lecture. So we picked six roasts we love, gave them names from the waterfront, and packed them whole-bean so you get every bit of flavor at home.
